List Of Nyc Vegan Restaurants

You can eat Vegan in the Big Apple.

Even in cosmopolitan New York City it can be a trial to find quality vegetarian and vegan restaurants, but whatever your diet needs, there is a restaurant in the Big Apple for you. There are many restaurants that are 100 percent vegan, and most offer specials for those who prefer a raw-food diet or who prefer to eat only foods using organic ingredients. Add this to my Recipe Box.

Sprout Craft Cafe

Sprout Craft Cafe guarantees that all its ingredients are locally grown using organic methods and fair trade principles. The menu is mostly gluten-free and the cafe specialized in raw food diets. Many ingredients, including the entire desert menu and cheeses, are made within the cafe itself. In addition, Sprout Craft Cafe offers classes and workshops on the sustainability movement and an agricultural technique known as sprouting.
