It's not necessary to have a business license to purchase bulk popcorn from most online retailers.
3. Review the product information presented. You may be able to select special flavorings to add zest to your popcorn order.
4. Place an order with your credit or debit card. If you don't have a credit or debit card, call and ask if you can mail a check or money order. An estimated delivery date should be provided by email when you order online and by phone if you arrange a mailed transaction.
