Cook kabobs on a George Foreman grill.
Many people recognize the name of the George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine. With its focus on healthy cooking and an easy-to-use grilling function, it has become an increasing addition to households nationwide. Aside from the cooking benefits, these grills are also extremely easy to clean. The most common use of a George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine is to cook cuts of meat, but you can also grill vegetables, make quesadillas, and fry bacon on these machines. Instructions
1. Clean the grill so it is free of old food materials. Close the lid and plug in the grill. The grill should light up to indicate it is heating up.
2. Allow the grill to preheat for at least seven minutes. The light will turn green when the automatic preset cooking temperature has been reached.
3. Open the top lid using the oven mitt. Carefully place the food on the bottom grill plate. Do not overstuff the grill because food will cook unevenly.
4. Close the lid using the oven mitt. If cooking meat, squeeze the grill down occasionally to eliminate fats and oils.
5. Open the lid with the oven mitt when your food is done cooking. Use the spatula to move food to a plate so it can cool before eating.
6. Unplug the machine. Be careful handling it because it will be hot for a few minutes after use.
