Summer Schools In Italy

There are many opportunities for learning during the summer in Italy. Most summer programs are located in large, year-round schools which offer a smaller basic study plan for the summer months. In many cases, students can gain high school or college credit that can be applied toward their respective degrees.

Puccini Language School

Located in the seaside town of Viareggio in the Tuscany region of Italy, the Puccini Language School offers Italian language courses to people of all ages. The school's summer school term is specifically designed for high school and college students. You must be at least sixteen years of age to enroll in the program. Italian basics will be covered. When the program is completed, students will be able to have simple conversations in the language. Puccini's summer program also offers fun extras for students, including trips to Florence and Pisa. There are also scheduled spaghetti parties and film viewings.
