In addition to having healthy fats, nuts and seeds also have a high amount of iron. Some of these include almonds, sesame seeds, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
Beans
Beans are high in fiber and high in iron. Some examples are soy beans, lentils, chick peas, kidney beans and lima beans.
