1. The first step in this process is to collect 1 and 2 liter bottle caps from soda bottles. Collect approximately 10.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine one parts flour to one part sugar.
3. Add 2 teaspoons or enough flour and sugar mixture to fill the cap.
4. Place the caps filled with the sugar and flour mixture in cabinets and in other areas around the home where roaches are seen.
