Make Baked Chicken Thighs

Baked chicken thighs are not only delicious, but easy on the budget as well. Chicken thighs bake very well, are full of flavor, and often are one of the cheapest cuts on the chicken making baked chicken thighs a must have addition to any family's menu. Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 325F. Place chicken thighs skin side up in a baking dish, allowing a little room around each piece in the dish. Smooth the skin on the chicken thighs, as sometimes it tends to slide a little while packaged in the store.


2. Pour about a half cup of beer over the chicken thighs. This is optional, but gives baked chicken thighs a wonderful flavor. All alcohol will cook off, so this is safe for those who cannot have alcohol.


3. Sprinkle a layer of chicken seasoning over chicken thighs. You may vary the seasonings to give a unique flavor to each dinner, or stick with a tried and true chicken seasoning.


4. Cover chicken thighs with foil, and bake for about an hour and a half. Remove foil, and let chicken thigh skin brown just a little, this should take roughly 15 minutes or so. Baked chicken thighs cooked in this way will be so tender the meat will practically fall off the bone!
