1. Visit the Kitchen Resource LLC website. Bosch is a billion-dollar international company that depends on Kitchen Resource LLC to act as its main distributor. Kitchen Resource LLC handles wholesale orders and determines which companies act as distributors of Bosch products.
2. Fill out the application to become a Bosch dealer. The application covers basic information relating to your company, such as the name and address of your shop, the amount of money the store makes every year and your business identification or tax ID number.
3. Read the information provided by the company about the sale of products. The application includes information relating to the three levels of sales offered on the products, including wholesale costs, the policy it has in place regarding the advertising of those products and policies on selling over the Internet.
4. Sign all the papers associated with becoming a dealer and mail back the completed forms to Kitchen Resource LLC. The company also allows distributors to file the forms by sending the packet through email or fax. You need to sign both the finished application and an acceptance form, indicating that you read the necessary documents.
5. Place your first order with the company to begin the process of selling Bosch bread mixers, once you're approved as a distributor. If you're selected, you're able to place wholesale orders.
