Firm Up The Neck With Facial Exercises

Tone your neck by completing a series of exercises.


Your neck and chin sag as you get older, but you can do facial exercises to limit this tendency. While exercising your entire body reduces the amount of neck fat that will increase sagging, facial exercises can also limit the saggy look. The exercises help to increase firm the muscles. When doing the exercises, it is important to keep the rest of your face relaxed. Repeat each exercise two to three times and hold each exercise for 10 seconds. Does this Spark an idea?


Instructions


1. Stick out your chin and smile. This will work the platysma muscle at the center front of your neck.


2. Stick your chin up and try to kiss the ceiling. This exercise not only works the majority of the front neck muscles, but also the lips.


3. Turn your head to the right. Tip your chin up. Put the tip of your tongue onto the roof of your mouth and then smile and swallow. This will work the small muscles near your Adams apple.


4. Turn your head to the left. Tip your chin up. Put the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and then smile and swallow.


5. Turn your head to the front. Tip your chin up. Put the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and then smile and swallow.
