Reheat Rotisserie Turkey Breast

Reheat Rotisserie Turkey Breast

Rotisserie turkey breast is prepared, so the moisture and flavor is sealed into the meat. This makes it a deliciously moist meat that can be eaten with side dishes as a meal or sliced thin for sandwiches. Knowing reheat a rotisserie turkey breast gives you the ability to enjoy the meat as a leftover snack or meal. An easy task for even the novice to complete, reheating turkey breast doesn't have to affect the flavor.

Instructions

1. Slice the needed amount of meat from the cold rotisserie turkey breast. This allows you to reheat small amounts at a time, instead of reheating and refrigerating the turkey repeatedly, which ruins the texture and flavor of the turkey breast.

2. Place the slices of meat on the plate, making sure they are not overlapping one another.

3. Stretch a sheet of cling wrap over the plate to cover the meat completely.

4. Microwave the meat on high for 1 minute per 1/2 lb. of meat. This makes sure that the meat doesn't get overcooked and rubbery in the reheating process. If you're unsure of how much the meat you are reheating weighs, microwave it in intervals of 30 seconds until it is warm enough to consume.
