Instructions
Organic Honey Liquid Hand Soap
1. Grate a 6 oz. bar of Castile soap using a hand grater or food processor. Pour the soap flakes into a blender.
2. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the blender. Whip the soap and water for about one minute in the blender.
3. Add 1/2 cup lukewarm water to the mixture. Whip for another minute in the blender.
4. Add 1 tbsp. honey and 1 tsp. glycerin to the mixture. Use a spoon to stir up the ingredients. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes, then whip again in the blender for one minute.
5. Pour 3 cups of cool water into the blender and whip again for one minute. Pour the liquid soap into an empty soap dispenser. Allow it to cool for at least an hour before putting the lid on the container. Shake the bottle well before using.
Organic Raspberry Oatmeal Hand and Bath Bar Soap
6. Grate two 6 oz. bars of Castile soap with a hand grater or food processor until you have 12 oz. of soap flakes. Put 5 oz. of water into a medium saucepan, then stir in the soap flakes. Heat the soap and water over medium heat, stirring constantly until all of the soap has dissolved.
7. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in 1/4 cup finely ground oats. And 1/8 oz. raspberry fragrance oil.
8. Pour the liquid into soap molds. Let it sit at room temperature for several hours until the soap has hardened before removing it from the molds.
