Oatmeal is a delicious, filling and healthy option for breakfast. Quaker Oatmeal offers both instant and non-instant versions of this morning favorite. Once you know the correct measurements to use and how long to cook the oatmeal, preparing it is simple and quick. Experiment with adding different toppings to your oatmeal after you have finished cooking it: berries, brown sugar and milk are all delicious toppings. Add this to my Recipe Box.
Instructions
Instant Quaker Oatmeal
1. Empty a packet of Instant Quaker Oatmeal into a bowl.
2. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water to the oats.
3. Stir well and let sit for two minutes.
Stovetop Instructions
4. Boil 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan.
5. Add 1/2 cup of Quaker Oatmeal to the boiling water.
6. Reduce heat to medium-low and let the oatmeal cook for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. This will make a single serving of oatmeal.
