Instructions
1. Pour the buckwheat flour into an airtight container. As you pour, check for any signs of moisture. If you spot any, you must discard it and purchase a new supply.
2. Store the sealed container in the refrigerator. Keep the top sealed whenever you are not using it. Again, check for signs of moisture every time you use it.
3. Discard the buckwheat flour after six months. After that amount of time, buckwheat flour loses a significant portion of its nutritional value and begins to decay.
